Safety comes first, on every flight

Flying private shouldn't mean taking chances. Every flight follows the same standards, whether it's a 45-minute hop to the Mara or a cargo run across borders.

Our safety standards

Certified flights

Every commercial flight is operated under a valid Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) Air Operator Certificate, with operator and insurance details confirmed with every booking.

Experienced pilots

Proficiency checks every 6 months and a medical every 12, in line with ICAO and KCAA rules for commercial pilots. Our flight standards are set by a commercial pilot and senior flight instructor who trains pilots to ICAO standards.

Maintained to standard

Every aircraft follows its manufacturer-approved maintenance programme, carried out by a KCAA-approved maintenance organisation (AMO) and signed off before every flight.

Fully insured

Passenger, hull and third-party liability cover on every commercial flight, as KCAA requires.

Planned and briefed

Every flight is planned and briefed. If conditions aren't safe, we don't fly, and we reschedule at no cost.

Safety management system

Hazards are reported, tracked and reviewed under a Safety Management System (SMS), the ICAO standard KCAA requires of every air operator.

The same standards when we source the aircraft

When we use a partner aircraft, we only work with operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate and insurance, and we check both before every booking.
